The Brief
Transporting authentic Mexican street culture to Italy. The goal was to build a multi-sensory environment that immersed visitors in the color, raw energy, aromas, and heat of real Mexico, deliberately steering clear of tourist clich茅s, passive decor, and visual tropes.
The Concept & World-Building
The identity was anchored under the title La Revoluci贸n, conceived not as a historical reference, but as a sensory takeover. A bold, uninhibited celebration designed to transform an Italian space into an authentic street-level experience.
Every touchpoint was developed with intentionality:
Nomenclature & Brand Narrative: Conceptualized the core premise, naming, and tone of voice for the activation.
Spatial & Visual Art Direction: Curated the physical ecosystem, selecting textiles, raw material finishes, high-contrast lighting, and visual assets to build a space that felt genuinely lived-in.
Multi-Sensory Curation: Aligned sound design, music selection, spatial atmosphere, and culinary presentation to ensure total sensory immersion.
Execution & Strategic Partnership
To bring this vision to life at scale, I led the end-to-end creative ecosystem while partnering with Bamboo Media in Pescara for on-the-ground spatial build and technical execution:
Executive Production & On-Site Leadership: Oversaw spatial design, vendor coordination, and live event production to ensure the concept translated seamlessly into the physical build.
Content & Video Production: Directed, shot, and edited all promotional and documentary video assets, capturing the atmosphere before and during the event.
The Result
A fully packed, high-energy activation that completely transformed the venue's environment. The result was a high-impact brand activation where spatial design, sound, and culture converged to create genuine audience engagement.
